Who is responsible
Daro Healthcare Ltd is the controller for this website's booking and enquiry information. Contact the superintendent pharmacist at 57/58 Burrage Place, Plumstead, London SE18 7BE, telephone 020 8244 6969 or email burragepharmacy1@gmail.com. Please do not send medical histories or other sensitive information by ordinary email.
Information we use
When online booking or service enquiries are available, we collect your name, email, telephone number, selected service and appointment details. We keep appointment status, privacy-notice acknowledgement, security records and notification delivery records. A service choice can reveal information about health. These forms do not request a medical history; discuss clinical information privately with the pharmacist.
Why we use it
We use these details to arrange appointments, respond to requests and send service messages, relying on steps you request before receiving a service and our legitimate interests in administering and securing the pharmacy service. Where booking information reveals health information, it is used to arrange healthcare under the responsibility of healthcare professionals subject to confidentiality. Optional analytics relies on your consent. We do not treat a booking or enquiry as marketing consent.
Who receives information
Authorised pharmacy staff can access booking information. Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores website booking records and Resend delivers service emails. Cloudflare Turnstile checks forms for automated abuse when enabled. Providers may process technical information outside the UK; their applicable data-processing terms and transfer safeguards govern that processing. We do not sell patient information. The pharmacy may disclose information where legally required or necessary for care or safeguarding.
How long information is kept
Booking and enquiry information is reviewed when the appointment or request is resolved. We retain it only while needed to administer the service, resolve a complaint or meet applicable healthcare and legal record-keeping requirements. Clinical records held by the pharmacy follow a separate healthcare retention schedule. Ask the pharmacy for the retention period applicable to your record. Website records are not automatically erased when an appointment is cancelled.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics runs only after permission on general information pages. Booking, staff and individual health-service pages are excluded. We send generic page and click labels, not form contents or patient details. Analytics may receive technical connection and device information. Advertising features are disabled. Your preference and analytics cookies last up to 180 days; change your choice through Cookie preferences. Staff authentication uses essential cookies. See our cookie information for details.
Your rights and concerns
You can ask to access or correct your information and, where applicable, request deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw optional analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Some healthcare or legal records cannot be deleted on request. Contact the pharmacy to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
Your choices
You may telephone or visit instead of using online forms. We need contact and appointment details to arrange an online booking. Appointment confirmation does not make a clinical decision or guarantee treatment; the pharmacist assesses suitability during your consultation.
